Triwards Terms of Services

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Triwards platform (the "Platform"), owned and operated by Connaisseur Futuretech Private Limited ("Connaisseur Futuretech", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility:
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform.

4. Freelancer Services:
If you are a freelancer ("Freelancer") on the Platform, you are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete information about your skills and experience.
- Delivering high-quality services to clients.
- Setting your own rates and terms of service.
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to your services.
5. Client Responsibilities:
If you are a client ("Client") on the Platform, you are responsible for:
- Providing clear and accurate project descriptions.
- Communicating effectively with freelancers.
- Making timely payments for services rendered.
6. Fees and Payments:
Triwards charges a flat 1% fee on all transactions processed through the Platform. This fee will be deducted from the freelancer's and client's payment.
We may offer additional features or services in the future that may have different fees associated with them. We will clearly disclose any such fees before you purchase any additional features or services.
7. Intellectual Property:
The content on the Platform, including all text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Connaisseur Futuretech or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or display any content from the Platform without our express written permission.
8. Termination:
We may terminate your access to the Platform at any time and for any reason, with or without notice. You may also terminate/delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer:
The Platform is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Connaisseur Futuretech Private Limited disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not guarantee the security of the Platform or your information. You acknowledge that you use the Platform at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability:
In no event shall Connaisseur Futuretech be liable for any damages, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
11. Dispute Resolution:
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Surat, Gujarat, (India).
12. Entire Agreement:
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Connaisseur Futuretech regarding your use of the Platform.
13. Severability:
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Updates to Terms:
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Platform. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes.
